How can I search for a suitable domain name?

You can search for domain names by browsing through our list of brands and domain name categories to see what fits your needs best. Once you have identified a domain that you like, simply click on the logo or the image belonging to the name to access the domain's description page.

How can I buy a domain name?

For payment transactions we use the escrow services of Escrow.com. Click the pay with escrow.com button on the domain’s description page. You will be directed to Escrow.com where you can pay with your credit card,debit card or paypal account.

Is the payment process secured?

All purchases are processed via the secured Escrow.com platform. Escrow.com uses the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of any online fraud. Your personal payment information, such as bank information or credit card information are not held or stored through our website or server.

Who pays the escrow transaction fee for the domain name?

The fee is paid by us, for you the transaction is completely free.

Can I buy the domain somewhere else, or only through Escrow.com?
The best price is guaranteed when paying via Escrow.com. However, you can also purchase the domain through other domain marketplaces like GoDaddy or Sedo if you prefer.

How long will the transfer process take?

A domain name transfer typically takes 5 to 7 business days to complete, though it can sometimes be faster or take longer depending on the specific domain and registrars involved. Some transfers can be completed in a few hours, while others might take up to 14 days. Factors like the domain's extension (TLD), registrar processing times, and your own confirmation can influence the timeline.

Can I pay in installments?

No, at the present time we do not offer installment payment options, due to many complications that may arise.

Do I get a discount if I buy in bulk?

Yes, you can get discounts ranging from 5 to 20% if you buy more than two domains.

Do you have a refund policy?

No, we does not offer refunds for purchased domain names.

Do I get a website with the domain?

No, you will only get the domain name, without content.

When will the domain registration expire after the transfer?

Most of our domains are registered for one year from when they were first created (not from the day it’s transferred to you). So the expiry date doesn’t change during the transfer. Once the domain is in your account, just make sure to check when it expires and renew it so you don’t lose it.

How long does it take for the new ownership to show up on the WHOIS record?

Whois information is not updated immediately. It typically takes just a few hours for Whois data to update - though different registrars are faster than others. Usually your whois information will be updated within two days.

I like the logo! Do I have to pay for it?

Glad you like it! If the domain includes a logo, it’s yours at no extra cost. Some domains come with a logo and some don’t, but if you see one shown, it’s included in the price.

Do domains include trademark registrations?

The names shown on BrandTime can be used by any industry in any geographical location offering all sorts of services. Since a trademark protects a name that belongs to a specific industry in a specific location we cannot take care of this for you as we don’t know what industry your name will belong to. Before you purchase a domain name, we advise you undertake your own research on how protectable the name is, for your location and intended purpose.
